‍Welcome to PathAlign, a service of LT3D, LLC (“PathAlign,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before booking or providing a coaching session.

1. Nature of Services
PathAlign connects clients with coaches who are enrolled in or graduates of ICF-accredited training programs.
Coaching is a developmental process focused on personal and professional growth.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or legal/financial advice, and should not be relied on as such.
Clients remain responsible for their own choices and actions.

2. Platform Role
PathAlign is a marketplace platform that facilitates scheduling and payments.We do not employ coaches, endorse individual advice, or guarantee specific results.Sessions are solely between coach and client, though facilitated by the platform.

3. Payments and Refunds
Clients pay $30 per session, plus any applicable processing fees.
Payments are processed through a third-party provider (e.g., Stripe).
Refunds: There are no refunds.
Cancellations: Sessions canceled at least 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled at no additional charge.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

4. Relationship with Coaches
Coaches are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of PathAlign or LT3D, LLC.
Coaches are solely responsible for their conduct and services.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between PathAlign and coaches.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Coaching results vary and are not guaranteed.
Clients acknowledge that PathAlign, LT3D, LLC, and its coaches are not responsible for outcomes of coaching sessions.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of PathAlign, LT3D, LLC, its affiliates, and coaches for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the session(s) giving rise to the claim.
No Indirect Damages: PathAlign, LT3D, LLC, and coaches are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Indemnification: By booking a session, clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless PathAlign, LT3D, LLC, and coaches from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of coaching sessions or use of the platform.
PathAlign is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in crisis, call 911 or local emergency services.

6. Privacy and Data
We collect and store personal information only as needed to provide services.We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States.
Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If not resolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Washington, DC, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Clients agree to waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action against PathAlign, LT3D, LLC, or its coaches.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

By booking or delivering a session through PathAlign, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
