Psychologist and death doula, law enforcement leader, solo parent via IVF and LGBTQAI+ ally

I started as a teacher of students with emotional and behavioral disabilities before getting my masters in psychology.  I entered law enforcement to support victims of crime as well as those around them as they navigated the justice system.  I was a trainer at various academies and developed leadership growth opportunities for teams.  I have lead leadership retreats and facilitated consensus building BOD meetings.  I have a passion for supporting women in non-traditional careers as well as coaching parents who are balancing challenging careers and parenthood, particularly those who are going through IVF or have children with neurodiversities.
