Elias is an executive coach with a background in military leadership, international operations, and organizational development. He holds a doctorate in Leadership Psychology from William James College and an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, where he also earned his ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.

He began his career as a military officer, serving in international assignments with organizations including NATO and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. In these roles, he led cross-functional teams, coordinated multinational operations, and worked in high-stakes environments requiring strong judgment, cultural fluency, and effective leadership under pressure.

Elias later transitioned into leadership development and coaching, serving as an Associate Professor at National Defense University and as an executive consultant delivering large-scale programs and coaching engagements. He works with leaders to strengthen decision-making, communication, and leadership presence, helping them navigate complexity and operate effectively in demanding environments.
