At Nike, Justin served as a Senior Director across multiple functions, including Global Retail Experience and Consumer Insights, contributing to strategy and execution for a large global membership base. At Best Buy, he led loyalty and lifecycle marketing, managing a $300 million budget and driving acquisition and retention across major programs.
